Welcome to OneOnMe Non-Reloadable Virtual Visa® Gift Card

OneOnMe is a social gifting platform that lets you send and receive real drinks, meals, and experiences at your favorite venues. It's a fun, easy way to treat friends, celebrate moments, or say thank you, no matter where they are.

1. Step 1: The gifter sends an item or experience to a friend at a OneOnMe venue.
2. Step 2: The friend receives a text notification with a link to claim their gift.
3. Step 3: The gift is claimed using Tap to Pay with a virtual OneOnMe Visa® gift card, or by showing the card number to the server.
4. Step 4: The recipient is prompted to spread the generosity by passing a gift back or paying it forward to someone new.

To claim your gifted item, follow these steps:

1. Step 1: Order Your Item - Ask your server for the item that was sent to you.
2. Step 2: Pay for Your Item - Choose one of the following payment methods:
   • View Card & Pay - Show the server the card details in the app. They'll manually enter the card information to complete the payment.
   • Add Card to Wallet - Add the card to your phone's wallet, then use Tap to Pay to complete the transaction.

The OneOnMe Non-Reloadable Virtual Visa® Gift Card is a prepaid card used to redeem items gifted through the OneOnMe platform.

Issuer Statement: The OneOnMe Non-Reloadable Virtual Visa® Gift Card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement.

There are no activation or redemption fees. However, a monthly maintenance fee of $2.50 will be charged after 12 months of inactivity.
