OneOnMe allows our users to send friends and family, and anyone else, items from your favorite bars, restaurants and other places and retailers. As part of our Services, we collect certain personal information about you and about the people you are going to send your gifts. Please read this Privacy Policy to learn how we treat your personal information.

By using or accessing the Services that OneOnMe offers, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, and you consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.

Your use of our Services also is at all times subject to our Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy that are not otherwise defined have the meanings listed in the Terms of Use.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. We collect Personal Data from you when you use Services in two ways: (1) when you provide such information directly to us when you use the Services (such as when you create an account and when you place or redeem orders through the Services), and (2) when Personal Data about you is automatically collected in connection with your use of our Services by third parties ("Third Parties").

The following are examples of Third Parties that share your Personal Data with us:

  • Service providers: Customer support providers, analytics services, and our Retailers may share information with us as part of our provision of Services to you, or as part of our analysis of your use of the Services.
  • Social networks and sign-in services: If you provide your social network account credentials to us or otherwise sign in to the Services through a third-party site or service, you understand some content and/or information in those accounts may be transmitted into your Account with us.
  • Advertising partners: We receive information about you from some of our service providers (including without limitation our Retailers) who assist us with marketing or promotional services related to how you interact with the Services.

  • Contacts List: With user permission, we upload users' contact list to our servers to enable users to discover and connect with their friends.
  • Camera: With user permission, the user's camera may be used to scan credit card information, capture profile pictures, or other pictures used in communications through the Services.
  • User Content: We collect data submitted by users when they contact customer support, provide ratings or compliments, or otherwise contact us.

Information Collected Automatically

The Services use cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, and JavaScript (collectively, "Cookies") to enable our servers to recognize your web browser and tell us how and when you visit and use our Services, to analyze trends, learn about our user base and operate and improve our Services.

How We Share Your Personal Data

Disclosures of Personal Data for a Business Purpose

We disclose your Personal Data to service providers and other parties for the following business purposes:

  • Auditing related to a current interaction and concurrent transactions.
  • Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
  • Debugging to identify and repair errors.
  • Short-term, transient use of Personal Data.
  • Performing services on our behalf, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing advertising or marketing services, or providing analytic services.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

You have the right to request certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Data over the past twelve months, including:

  • The categories of sources from which that Personal Data was collected.
  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your Personal Data.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we have shared your Personal Data.
  • The specific pieces of Personal Data that we have collected about you.

Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data that we have collected from you. Under the CCPA, this right is subject to certain exceptions: for example, we may need to retain your Personal Data to provide you with the Services or complete a transaction you have requested.

To exercise these rights, you must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Data, and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail. California Resident Rights

Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to contact us to prevent disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for such third parties' direct marketing purposes. Please contact us at support@oneonme.com.

Nevada Resident Rights

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties. You can exercise this right by contacting us at support@oneonme.com with the subject line "Nevada Do Not Sell Request" and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We're constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on the OneOnMe website or mobile application, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means.

If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes.
